After showing a preview during the Google I/O 2016 event earlier this this Summer, Google introduced two applications in development 'Duo' & 'Allo' for mobile phones, and said will release them at the end of the Summer.
On 15th August 2016, Google officially released 'Duo' for Android and iOS devices and which can be downloaded from Google's PlayStore and Apple's AppStore respectively. It is a global rollout and should be available within hours of its release....
